The stay here was great value, with spacious rooms, comfy beds, and smoke detectors, not forgetting to mention the fantastic breakfast featuring waffles and sausage.

Hotel was fairly clean, helpful and genuinely helpful staff.

The hotel was a nice place for enjoying a good area, short walk to restaurants, north Austin, and the downtown area. I liked the room, the bed was comfortable. Central location of this affordable venue was a bonus. Also, it was 2 miles from Valley Oak Golf Club.

Everything was excellent, no complaints, I can just recommend it. the location was great, very close to a casino, stores, and food places in a downtown area. - Had a seating area, an ironing set, and a work desk in my suite. - I appreciated both the wake-up service and extremely comfy bed. - the hotel's team was extremely friendly.

It was pretty central for what we wanted to see & do, and we discovered new things/ areas we did not know about.

The pool was somewhat cloudy, so we did not use it. My husband took care of the pool at a local gymn as part of his job, (and he knows what to look for.)

Favourable location and overall the staff was affable. Plus the hotel was near restaurants and casinos.

The Hotel staff was more than helpful

I intended to stay at the Fairfield Inn on 290 and 35, south of downtown, instead of 35 and parmer ln, Booked.net made a mix up, but the hotel at parmer was very nice and I enjoyed my stay

Could use better insulation so noise doesn't travel so easily.

Convenient Location and Nearby Dining Options

This place is right by a popular tourist spot, which made it easy for us to explore the area. In the evenings, we headed over to Buffalo Wild Wings nearby to grab some drinks and soak in the lively atmosphere. 🍹

The beds were not as comfortable as I would have thought. We have stayed at the embassy suites for the same price and the rooms were much larger and the beds were much more comfortable.

The location and the price

I choose this location for several reasons and one being the inside pool! When I arrived with my family the kids wanted to go swimming and when went to the pool it was so so cold that kids could not even get in!! The facility should keep it warm if they are going to have it open in the fall after all it is an inside pool! If it was an outside pool I would understand due to weather conditions!! We were VERY disappointed!! Next time ill ask what is the pool temp
